Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all procurement activities for construction projects, with an emphasis on precast and marine elements.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize costs and ensure timely material delivery.
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms, conditions, and quality standards.
• Cultivate strong supplier relationships and monitor performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to accurately forecast material requirements and align procurement activities with project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, ideally within the construction or precast industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing procurement teams and complex supplier networks.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
