Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to support project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships and lead complex negotiations.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods, services, and subcontracts.
- Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to contract close-out.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks across all projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement management, preferably within consulting or construction.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
- Solid understanding of local regulations and supply chain dynamics in the UAE.
- Relevant professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
