Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing and selection of suppliers for landscaping materials, equipment, and services.
• Support the negotiation of terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable agreements and value.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain and update supplier information, contracts, and procurement records efficiently.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in procurement, supply chain operations, and the landscaping industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Must be an Emirati National, as this position is part of the Emirati Future Leaders program.
