    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze product data to identify trends, user behavior, and opportunities for platform enhancement.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for key product metrics and insights.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define data requirements and track feature performance.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses to inform strategic product decisions and optimize user experience.
    • Design and evaluate A/B tests to assess the impact of new features and product changes.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various data sources and reporting tools.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in a Product Data Analyst role, ideally within a SaaS or AI environment.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
    • Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create impactful dashboards.
    • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for product teams.
    • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
