Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationales to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
