Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research to implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
- Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in fintech or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design solutions and process.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
