Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand the needs of home care clients and medical professionals.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for automated medication dispensing devices and related software.
- Develop detailed product specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and clinical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure product designs comply with medical device regulations and industry standards.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and market analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in health technology or medical devices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design skills and successful projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.
- Understanding of human-centered design principles and usability best practices.
