Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs of home care clients and medical professionals.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for automated medication dispensing devices and related software.
  • Develop detailed product specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and clinical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure product designs comply with medical device regulations and industry standards.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in health technology or medical devices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product design skills and successful projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.
  • Understanding of human-centered design principles and usability best practices.
