Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research to understand customer needs and pain points within the sales process.
- Design intuitive and effective user interfaces and experiences for Glyphic’s Revenue Orchestration Platform.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of Glyphic’s design system and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful user-centered design solutions and a clear design process.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Understanding of sales processes and revenue operations is a significant advantage.
