    Key Responsibilities

    • Design intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces for BetterMe’s wellness products.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into design solutions.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and iterate on designs.
    • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
    • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all web experiences.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web product design.

    Requirements

    • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects or concepts.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
    • Basic understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
