Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, design, and development of new products for various home categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and manufacturing.
• Support the creation of technical specifications, drawings, and prototypes.
• Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure product quality and durability.
• Participate in design reviews and provide engineering insights.
• Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement of product designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in product development, design, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
