Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, design, and development of new products for various home categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and manufacturing.
- Support the creation of technical specifications, drawings, and prototypes.
- Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure product quality and durability.
- Participate in design reviews and provide engineering insights.
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement of product designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in product development, design, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
