Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap for global mobility technology solutions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and client services teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhancements.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and specialists.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Director or in a similar senior product leadership role.
- Deep understanding of global mobility, HR technology, or related enterprise software solutions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
