Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market needs and company objectives.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all product activities and documentation comply with relevant regulatory standards and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and product lifecycle management principles.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
