Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for power management solutions.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Drive product commercialization and adoption in line with business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in electrification and digitalization, incorporating new technologies into product plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the electrical, electronics, or power management industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
