Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Arada’s mission.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify product opportunities.
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create roadmaps.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within property development, retail, education, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in a UAE-based company is preferred.
