Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the Wix CMS, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and strategy.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify new opportunities and address pain points.
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear, detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to continuously improve user satisfaction and engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to content management and web development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a significant focus on CMS, web platforms, or related software products.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, content structures, information architecture, and user experience principles.
• Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically to deliver high-quality, impactful product solutions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey product vision and requirements.
• A data-driven approach to product development, using analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
