Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the LATAM market, aligning with global product strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs in Latin America.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product features.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate product requirements into detailed specifications based on market demand and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and drive regional adoption.
  • Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with significant exposure to or focus on the LATAM market.
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, analytics, and the broader marketing technology (MarTech) landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and ideally Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise product requirements and user stories.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and lead product initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related analytical field.
