    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the strategy and roadmap for enhancing the customer onboarding product experience.
    • Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success and efficiency of onboarding initiatives.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver seamless solutions.
    • Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the onboarding process.
    • Drive continuous improvement in the user journey from initial sign-up through to first interaction.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on user onboarding or customer lifecycle management.
    • Solid understanding of the financial services or fintech industry and its specific regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy.
    • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
    • Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies.
    • Strong leadership qualities and ability to drive projects from conception to launch.
