Requirements

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive consensus.
  • Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a global, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Japanese language skills are advantageous for local team collaboration.
