Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Comfi’s financial products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive iteration cycles.
- Communicate product updates and progress effectively to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of financial services products such as Invoice Discounting, BNPL, or Trade Finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
