Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy for Cash In/Cash Out functionalities within Personal Pay.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including business, legal, and engineering teams.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure all Cash In/Cash Out solutions comply with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically in fintech or payment solutions.
- Strong understanding of Cash In/Cash Out processes, digital wallets, and relevant financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in an agile development environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
