Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for Core Banking and Personal Pay.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Ensure alignment of product development with overall company strategy and market needs.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Drive the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch for new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the banking or fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and digital payment solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
