Key Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for disruption management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams, IT, and other stakeholders to identify disruption challenges.
• Lead the development and implementation of features that enhance disruption recovery and guest communication.
• Ensure product solutions align with business objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor the performance of implemented tools and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Act as the subject matter expert for disruption management products, guiding development efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally within the aviation or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of airline operations and common disruption scenarios.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
