Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for operational and reconciliation features within Personal Pay.
• Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to iterate and improve features.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial reconciliations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the fintech or digital payments industry.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, reconciliation processes, and payment systems.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements with a clear focus on customer value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools for product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
