Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control processes for photonic interconnect solutions.
• Utilize data from custom robotics and AI systems to monitor and continuously improve product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis for any product quality issues and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to integrate quality standards from product inception to production.
• Establish and manage comprehensive quality documentation, including specifications, test plans, and inspection reports.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product quality engineering, preferably within the photonics, optical networking, or telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with automated manufacturing processes, robotics, and the application of data analytics for quality improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
