Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for CNS product lines to achieve market share and revenue targets.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor landscaping, and customer segmentation within the CNS therapeutic area.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product launches and promotional activities.
• Provide scientific and technical support to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, gather market feedback, and propose adjustments to strategies as needed.
• Ensure all product-related activities comply with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with CNS portfolio.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product lifecycle, and regulatory environment in the GCC region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
