Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop and refine product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and product roadmaps.
- Support the development of innovative workforce solutions for clients in Financial Services and Software Development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or in a similar strategic role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.
- Solid understanding of either Financial Services or Software Development industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and strategic planning methodologies.
