Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of aerospace components.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various departments, including supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.
- Track production progress diligently and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and effectively reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or control, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and complex supply chain logistics.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
