Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes and product quality according to Nestlé standards.
• Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Report any issues or deviations in the production process promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (2+ years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Understanding of safety protocols and hygiene standards in food production.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks as required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting equipment.
