Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet operational targets and customer demands.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
- Optimize resource allocation, including machinery, equipment, and manpower, for efficient production.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or a similar role, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
