Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on production schedules.
- Manage customer communication regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain roles, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in planning software and ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
