Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute production processes for pharmaceutical products in designated areas (Solid, Sterile, Packaging, Soft Gelatin, Oncology).
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed production records, batch reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, R&D, and other departments to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize production output and minimize waste.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical production within Solid, Sterile, Packaging, Soft Gelatin, or Oncology sectors.
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and international pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced production setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
