Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and deliver effective training programs for production and technical staff.
- Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and create customized learning solutions.
- Ensure all training materials and activities comply with aviation industry standards and company policies.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance in production.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training efforts with operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a trainer, preferably within a production, manufacturing, or aviation maintenance environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement engaging and effective training curricula.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
- A passion for teaching and developing others.
