Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily food production operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in food production management, ideally within a slaughterhouse or meat processing facility.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
