Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Fresha’s ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or professional services role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong understanding of the beauty, wellness, or self-care industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms and technologies.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and client management best practices.
