    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and oversee various program activities, ensuring strict alignment with Emirates Foundation’s strategic objectives.
    • Facilitate effective communication and foster strong collaboration with public and private sector partners.
    • Support the comprehensive development and implementation of research-based community development programs.
    • Manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor budgets to ensure successful program delivery.
    • Prepare detailed reports and engaging presentations on program progress and overall impact for key stakeholders.
    • Ensure all program activities strictly comply with organizational policies, national guidelines, and regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in project or program coordination, preferably in a mid-senior level role.
    • Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English, encompassing excellent spoken and written communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of community development principles, social responsibility, and national initiatives.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently.
