Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project-specific invoicing, billing, and accounts payable processes.
- Support the tracking and reconciliation of project costs, expenses, and budget variances.
- Prepare routine financial reports and analyses for ongoing construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and operational teams on financial matters.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to project financials.
Requirements
- Entry-level understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
