Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and detailed deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and help develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for internal and external communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to established project methodologies and quality standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or analysis, preferably within IT or finance.
- Strong understanding of fundamental project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
