Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor project progress diligently, identifying and analyzing any deviations from the plan.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, performance analyses, and variance explanations.
• Implement and manage robust project control procedures and systems.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders regarding controls data.
• Ensure strict compliance with project standards, specifications, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Controls, demonstrating expertise at a Mid-Senior level (5+ years).
• Mandatory: Must be a UAE National.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency with industry-standard project control software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
