Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver excellent service.
• Develop creative solutions to complex project and logistical challenges.
• Support Project Managers with all project planning activities.
• Communicate with clients and third parties to keep them informed.
• Support Project Managers with project financials, such as budget creation and cost tracking.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally with large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Valid UAE driving license.
