Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for project success.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Report and escalate project progress and issues to management as needed.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project coordinator or in a similar support role.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
