Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex construction and infrastructure projects from inception to successful completion.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance, and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and quality standards to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Demonstrable extensive experience as a Project Director within the construction or consulting sector.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management) is highly preferred.
