Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex construction and infrastructure projects from inception to successful completion.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance, and adherence to timelines.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
  • Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and quality standards to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable extensive experience as a Project Director within the construction or consulting sector.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management) is highly preferred.
