Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project leadership, preferably within talent acquisition or the construction/real estate sectors.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of the construction and real estate markets, especially in the GCC region.
