Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to successful closure.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and adherence to objectives.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion at a Director level.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects within the Construction, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
