Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of mega construction projects in Oman from inception to successful completion.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Oversee and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies, plans, and operational procedures.
• Effectively manage project risks, resolve complex issues, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Represent EDECS in client interactions, negotiations, and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with significant experience in a Director-level role.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within the MENA region, with specific experience in Oman preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and adherence to construction industry best practices.
