Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project schedules, work programs, and procurement plans.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements before execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure quality workmanship.
- Manage site teams including supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Resolve technical issues on mechanical, civil, structural, and MEP integration.
- Prepare BOQ validations, quantity tracking, and cost monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Landscape Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in swimming pool and landscaping project execution (UAE/GCC preferred).
- Expert knowledge in swimming pool construction, waterproofing, and MEP systems.
- High understanding of landscaping elements, soft/hard materials, and irrigation.
