Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in French and English is required.
