Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of electromechanical and building service solutions projects.
• Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with various project teams, stakeholders, and clients for seamless operations.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of turnkey electromechanical construction services.
• Assist in accurate project quantity surveying, budgeting, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) production.
• Uphold ALEMCO’s commitment to innovation, technology, and excellence in all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Engineer, ideally within the MEP or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, building services, and construction processes.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding project environment with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interaction.
