Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project execution adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and budget.
- Supervise on-site activities and manage project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols on project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in Dubai or UAE.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
