Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering aspects of substation projects from inception to commissioning.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering and management, specifically within substation projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale EPC projects in the power transmission and distribution sector.
• Strong understanding of international standards and best practices in substation design and construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic project environment.
