Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of substation engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery within cost parameters.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for efficient project execution and communication.
• Oversee technical evaluations, provide expert guidance on substation designs, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Mentor and develop engineering team members to foster technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in substation engineering and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-voltage substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant electrical codes, industry standards, and best practices in substation design and construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multinational, and multicultural project environment.
